I hope you all had a nice Shrove Tuesday! When people wish for long flax (the old Estonian wish for a good flax harvest), most of them now associate it only with bed linen. And what would you do with extra-long sheets hanging over the edge of the bed anyway?

The news is that the steady work with Paula on my health, which has been going on for almost half a year, is beginning to bear fruit. We are trying to adapt my lifestyle so that I can live with my diabetes. On Friday I had a regular blood test to check my blood sugar. The last time the results were this good was in 2018. But there is still a long way to go. Thanks also to everyone who has helped!
